The tough hiker boot, named after the majestic Montana mountain peak that oversees our valley, is known as the Hardscrabble Hiker. Measuring 7 inches in height, this boot is built to withstand any challenging terrain. Its thick full grain leather uppers, measuring 2.8 mm, are fitted with heavily padded collars, providing both solid support and exceptional comfort. To prevent slipping on rough surfaces, the boot is equipped with high traction K-talon outsoles and stiff nylon insoles. Additionally, a waterproof and breathable windtex membrane is incorporated to ensure your feet stay dry. Despite its classic appearance, the Kenetrek Hardscrabble Hiker is designed to endure the toughest mountain conditions and can be used both on and off the trail. Manufactured using 100% leather, the boot features triple and double stitching throughout the 7-inch tall uppers for increased durability. The custom K-talon outsole guarantees excellent grip and traction, while the 7 mm nylon midsole offers added stability and support. Forged boot hardware not only resists corrosion but also swivels instead of breaking. With a durable Windtex waterproof membrane and 400 grams of Thinsulate insulation, your feet will remain warm and dry. Furthermore, the boot comes with a reinforced rubber sole guard, providing extra protection against abrasion.
